Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Colombo West International Terminal (CWIT), Sri Lanka, he oversees financial strategy, governance, risk management, funding, compliance, and stakeholder engagement for one of the region’s most significant port infrastructure developments. Over the course of his career, Anandhan has successfully led the financial establishment of multiple greenfield ports and container terminals across India, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka. His expertise spans project finance, capital structuring, lender relations, governance frameworks, financial controls, operational commissioning, and long-term value creation. He has also played a key role in major mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition and integration of port assets from Larsen & Toubro into Adani Ports & SEZ, supporting transaction execution, financial due diligence, regulatory compliance, integration planning, and business transformation initiatives.
